• By accessing the Funzone you agree on your own behalf and on behalf of each entity and person on whose behalf you act to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions").
• The terms and conditions of your mobile service provider will continue to apply when accessing the Funzone in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
• The Funzone may be accessed by WAP-enabled handsets. If your handset is not WAP-enabled you will not be able to access this service.
• Your Operator may charge you for using the mobile internet. What you pay is dependent on your Operator's own data charges and the amount that you use the service.
• If you are not the bill payer for the mobile phone, you must get permission from the bill payer before accessing the Funzone and downloading Content from the Funzone.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the Funzone, the decision of Funzone shall be binding and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
• Funzone reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this website. Your continued use of the Funzone after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as modified.
• You agree to indemnify and keep indemnified Funzone from and against all claims, damages, expenses, costs and liabilities arising in any manner from your use of the Games or Content other than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Funzone may prevent your access to the Games and/or the Content if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
